CMU customers have approximately 20 days to pay their utility bill before
they become delinquent. In order to insure a favorable credit rating and
not risk your service being disconnected, your utility bills should be
kept current. After 20 days, a delinquent notice will be sent. Collections
will start three working days later. This means if your bill is not paid
by then, you will need to call our office to make special arrangements
or utility services will be turned off.
