 Chillicothe Municipal Utilities provides the community with electric, water, waste water, refuse, and Internet services.

  • Connection Services

  • Disconnecting Services

  • Billing Procedures

  • Credit and Collection Policies

  • Insufficient Funds Checks

    There is a $25 service charge on all returned checks. CMU will attempt to contact the customer by phone to let them know about the returned check. If phone contact is not made, a tag will be hung on the door. If the check is not picked up by 10:00 the following morning, service will be terminated.
